Goddamn, I expected to read chaos and I got it but this is greatly researched and expressed beautifully, everyone seems to have their finger on the trigger

Not even half way in, but enticed by the invitation, hope you're on medication for anxiety. The world has always been in flux, you just weren't 35 or however old you were. Ask the person that was 35 during the sino-india war or WW2, bet they felt the same. You're at that age where you're meant to feel like you're unable to grapple with the world. Quit thinking this newsletter is going to make a dent.

I think during the Pre- Internet era people didn’t have this much information and were living peacefully but in the post truth world chaos is real and indifference will not help to foster peace.

This hit hard. We keep forcing history to fit today’s chaos like it’s a puzzle piece but maybe the picture has changed completely. Trade wars, climate, US-China feels like we’re reacting more than thinking. Appreciate how this didn’t try to preach, just made me question everything.
